Legal Experience and Involvement
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Cully gained extensive experience working as a transactional and corporate law attorney, including bankruptcy and workouts. She has spent many years serving as the General Counsel for the bond insurers CIFG and ACA Capital Holdings and as Deputy General Counsel for FitchRatings and Securities Counsel for Citigroup. Prior to that, she was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a leading New York Law firm. She received her Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
Ms. Cully is active in the legal community. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association, as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Small Claims Arbitration Association and the American Securitization Forum.
